By default, SnapGene displays enzyme sites that appear once in your double-stranded DNA sequence and have a six or more base pair recognition site. Choose from the default sets, or use a custom set. Select an 'Enzyme Set' with sites to be considered for addition to the sequence. Use the options on the left of the 'Add New Enzyme Sites' window to limit the number of potential sites that are found.
